Once your purchase of Keyboards, Mice, or Controllers has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you monitor your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Step 1: Locate Your Tracking Number
After your order is packed and shipped, we will send an email to the address you provided during checkout. This email will include your order number and a tracking number (usually a combination of letters and numbers). If you do not see this email within 24 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder. For any issues, reach out to us at [email protected].
Step 2: Track via the Carrier’s Website
Your tracking number can be used directly on the shipping carrier’s official website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS). Simply visit their site, enter the tracking number in the designated field, and click “Track.” You will see real-time updates including the current location, estimated delivery date, and any delivery exceptions.
Step 3: Use a Third-Party Tracking Service
If you prefer to track multiple packages from different carriers in one place, we recommend using a reliable third-party tracking platform. One of the most trusted options is 17Track. It supports over 700 carriers worldwide and provides a clean, easy-to-read interface.
To use 17Track:
- Visit www.17track.net .
- Paste your tracking number into the search bar on the homepage.
- Click the “Track” button. The system will automatically detect the carrier and display the latest status of your shipment.
- You can also create a free account to save multiple tracking numbers and receive push notifications for status changes.
Other excellent alternatives include PackageRadar (packageradar.com) and AfterShip (aftership.com), both of which offer similar functionality and global carrier support.
What If My Tracking Information Doesn’t Update?
It is normal for tracking statuses to remain unchanged for 24–48 hours after dispatch, especially for international shipments. If your tracking number shows no updates after 3 business days, or if the estimated delivery date has passed without a delivery, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We will investigate with the carrier and provide you with a resolution as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
- Always double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. GromVolt is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, first check with neighbors, building management, or any secure drop-off locations. If the package is still missing, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.
- For orders containing multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers if items are shipped from different warehouses. Please track each number individually.
