Shipping Method

We offer a single, reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. This method is available for all products in our store, including keyboards, mice, and controllers. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping typically delivers within 5–10 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, or high order volumes. We will provide a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address. Free shipping is not available for any orders. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not charge additional handling fees.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. GromVolt is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
