By accessing or purchasing from GromVolt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All products—including Keyboards, Mice, and Controllers—are sold for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing. You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to make a purchase. GromVolt reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at its sole discretion. Any misuse of the website, including automated scraping or fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited.

2. Limitation of Liability

GromVolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from our store, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or personal injury. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that specific product. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Products are provided "as is" without any warranty beyond the express refund policy stated herein.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the GromVolt website—including product descriptions, images, logos, design elements, and software—is the exclusive property of GromVolt or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any such content without prior written consent. The GromVolt name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action. Any feedback or suggestions you provide become our property and may be used without compensation.

4. Refund Policy

GromVolt offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for Keyboards, Mice, and Controllers. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the stated period. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement upon verification.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
